MENGAPA MAKANAN RINGAN BISA MENGERAS?

Makanan itu pasti enak. Tapi, ada makanan yang bisa mengeras. Seperti kerupuk, snack, kue, dan makanan lainnya. Anda tau mengapa makanan tersebut bisa mengeras? Seperti kerupuk. Kalau dibiarkan lama-lama, dia akan mengeras. Mari saya jelaskan mengapa makanan di atas bisa mengeras dan bagaimana cara mengatasi nya.

Makanan bisa mengeras karena dibiarkan di udara. Tanpa kalian ketahui, udara mengandung air. Air tersebut akan masuk ke makanan tersebut. Saya sebenarnya agak lupa. Waktu itu saya nonton.

     Bagaimana cara mengatasi makanan yang keras? :

• Letakkan makanan tersebut di dalam toples
• Kalau tutup toples nya agak longgar, berilah tisyu di bawah tutup toples tersebut.
• Kalau makanan sudah mengeras, panaskan makanan tersebut di oven/ pemanas makanan. Itu berguna untuk mengurangi kadar air di makanan tersebut
