ABOUT MEGAN NICOLE

Early life[edit]

Megan Nicole was born in Houston, Texas to parents Tammy and Frankie Flores.[2] She was raised in Katy, Texas and became interested in music around age 10, when her father purchased a karaoke machine for her.[2] Nicole also participated in her church's music programs, taking part in a church band during high school and choir during middle school.[2]

Career[edit]

In 2009, Nicole uploaded her first video to YouTube, her cover of "Use Somebody" by Kings of Leon.[3] She followed with more covers on her YouTube channel, which includes songs by Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, and other artists.[2][3] She has several collaborations from fellow YouTube artists such as Tiffany Alvord, Alyssa Bernal, Tyler Ward, Conor Maynard and Lindsey Stirling
Nicole released her first original song, "B-e-a-utiful", on July 15, 2011.[3] Written by Nicole, Lairs Johnston, Stephen Folden, and Tom Mgrdichian,[4] the "pop ditty" received one million hits after two days and had 27 million hits by November 2013.[3]
In August 2012, Nicole signed with Bad Boy Records.[3][5] In September 2012, Nicole reached number 29 on the Billboard Social 50 in her fourth week on the popularity chart.[6] Bad Boy Records closed in 2014.[7]
An April 2014 article in The News Tribune said that on YouTube, Nicole had 1.5 million subscribers and 350 million video views.[8] She also performed at the Pre-Show Party for the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards.[9]
On August 19, 2014 Megan Nicole released her single "Electrified". This was her first single off of her debut album Escape,[10] which is an independent release on Hume Records. Escape has 5 new, original songs all co-written by Nicole and Mgrdichian and is released on October 14, 2014.[1] The 80's-inspired music video for "Electrified" premiered on People.com on September 16, 2014.[11]

KELINCI DAN KURA - KURA DONGENG ( DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA DAN INGGRIS )

Seekor kelinci mengejek seekor kura-kura karena bergerak terlalu lambat.
"Pernahkah kamu tiba di tujuanmu?" kata sang Kelinci sambil tertawa.
"Ya," jawab sang Kura-kura, "dan Saya selalu tiba lebih cepat dari yang pernah kamu bayangkan. "Mari kita berlomba dan membuktikan siapa yang lebih cepat."
Kelinci tersebut merasa lucu sekaligus senang dengan perlombaan lari yang diajukan oleh sang Kura-kura, dan Ia pun menyetujui perlombaan lari itu. Untuk itu ditunjuklah seekor Rubah yang diangkat menjadi wasit.
Saat perlombaan dimulai, sang Kelinci berlari dengan cepatnya hingga hampir tidak terlihat lagi, dan untuk membuat sang Kura-kura merasa lebih bodoh karena memberikan tantangan lomba melawan sang Kelinci, di pertengahan jalan, sang Kelinci pun berbaring dan tidur.
Sementara itu sang Kura-kura tetap berjalan perlahan, sedikit demi sedikit, dan melewati tempat di mana sang Kelinci tidur. Saat sang Kura-kura mendekati garis finish, sang Kelinci terbangun dan berlari sekencang-kencangnya untuk mencapai garis finish. Tetapi apa daya, walaupun sang Kelinci berlari sekuat tenaga, Ia tidak dapat mengalahkan sang Kura-kura yang telah mencapai finish terlebih dahulu.
Perlombaan tidak selalu dimenangkan oleh yang tercepat.

A rabbit mock turtle because it moves too slowly. 
"Have you ever arrived at your destination?" said the Rabbit with a laugh. 
"Yes," replied the Tortoise, "and I always arrive faster than you ever imagined." Let us compete and prove who's faster. "
The rabbit was funny and happy with the race proposed by the Turtles, and he also agreed that race. For that instituted a fox who was appointed referee. 
When the race begins, the rabbit ran fast that hardly noticeable anymore, and to make the Tortoise feel stupid for challenging race against the rabbit, in the middle of the road, the Rabbit was lying down and sleeping. 
In the meantime the tortoise is still running slowly, little by little, and passed the place where the Rabbit sleeping. When the tortoise approached the finish line, the Rabbit woke up and ran at full speed to reach the finish line. But alas, although the rabbit ran mightily, he can not beat the tortoise which has reached the finish first. 
The race is not always won by the fastest.
